Os temas abordados incluem gest\u00e3o documental, comunica\u00e7\u00e3o institucional, intelig\u00eancia artificial, estrutura e funcionamento da administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica, or\u00e7amento, integridade e enfrentamento ao ass\u00e9dio.<\/p>\n<div class=\"cropped-block\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"20\" data-block-id=\"5\">\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">Esse treinamento faz parte da &nbsp;<strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/asmetro.org.br\/portalsn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Instrucao-Normativa-SGP_MGI-no-122-de-21-de-marco-de-2025-DOU-Imprensa-Nacional-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa SGP_MGI n\u00ba 122, de 21 de mar\u00e7o de 2025 &#8211; DOU &#8211; Imprensa Nacional<\/a><\/span><\/strong>, norma que uniformiza os procedimentos relacionados ao est\u00e1gio probat\u00f3rio de rec\u00e9m-nomeados.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cropped-block\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"46\" data-block-id=\"6\">\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">\u2014 O est\u00e1gio probat\u00f3rio precisa cumprir esse papel de preparar os servidores para a estabilidade.
