At\u00e9 agora, somente clientes de planos individuais ou familiares e benefici\u00e1rios de planos coletivos por ades\u00e3o podiam fazer a portabilidade.<\/p>\n<p data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\"><em><strong><span style=\"background-color: #ff0000;\">acesse a \u00edntegra da cartilha da ANS &gt;&gt;&gt;<\/span>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/asmetro.org.br\/portalsn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Cartilha_Final.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cartilha_Final<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column data-track-links=\"\">Agora, o cliente de um plano coletivo empresarial poder\u00e1 migrar para um plano individual sem cumprir car\u00eancia, e vice-versa, desde que tenha a mesma faixa de pre\u00e7o e respeite o prazo m\u00ednimo de perman\u00eancia, que n\u00e3o mudou.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"25\" data-block-id=\"7\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">\u00c9 preciso ficar no m\u00ednimo dois anos no plano de origem para pedir a primeira portabilidade e no m\u00ednimo um ano para fazer novas portabilidades.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"45\" data-block-id=\"8\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Mas h\u00e1 duas exce\u00e7\u00f5es: se o benefici\u00e1rio tiver cumprido cobertura parcial tempor\u00e1ria, o prazo m\u00ednimo para a primeira portabilidade ser\u00e1 de 3 anos; e se ele mudar para um plano com coberturas n\u00e3o previstas no plano de origem, o prazo m\u00ednimo ser\u00e1 de 2 anos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"17\"
