Ao final do tempo de transi\u00e7\u00e3o, deixa de haver a possibilidade de aposentadoria por tempo de contribui\u00e7\u00e3o. Uma dessas regras vale tamb\u00e9m para servidores \u2013 al\u00e9m disso, esta categoria tem uma op\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica. para Todas as modalidades v\u00e3o vigorar por at\u00e9 14 anos depois de aprovada a reforma. O trabalhador dever\u00e1 alcan\u00e7ar uma pontua\u00e7\u00e3o que resulta da soma de sua idade mais o tempo de contribui\u00e7\u00e3o, que hoje \u00e9 86 para as mulheres e 96 para os homens, respeitando um m\u00ednimo de 35 anos de contribui\u00e7\u00e3o para eles, e 30 anos para elas. Nesse modelo, \u00e9 exigido um tempo m\u00ednimo de contribui\u00e7\u00e3o: 30 anos para mulheres e 35 para homens.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"18\" data-block-id=\"23\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\"><strong>Transi\u00e7\u00e3o 3: ped\u00e1gio de 50% \u2013 tempo de contribui\u00e7\u00e3o para quem est\u00e1 pr\u00f3ximo de se aposentar (para INSS)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"93\" data-block-id=\"24\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Quem est\u00e1 a dois anos de cumprir o tempo m\u00ednimo de contribui\u00e7\u00e3o que vale hoje (35 anos para homens e 30 anos para mulheres) ainda pode se aposentar sem a idade m\u00ednima, mas vai pagar um ped\u00e1gio de 50% do tempo que falta. Por exemplo, quem estiver a um ano da aposentadoria dever\u00e1 trabalhar mais seis meses, totalizando um ano e meio. O valor do benef\u00edcio ser\u00e1 reduzido pelo fator previdenci\u00e1rio, um c\u00e1lculo que leva em conta a expectativa de sobrevida do segurado medida pelo IBGE, que vem aumentando ano a ano.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"6\" data-block-id=\"25\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\"><strong>Transi\u00e7\u00e3o 4: por idade (para INSS)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"90\" data-block-id=\"26\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">\u00c9 preciso preencher dois requisitos. Homens precisam de ter 65 anos de idade e 15 anos de contribui\u00e7\u00e3o. Mulheres precisam ter 60 anos de idade e 15 de contribui\u00e7\u00e3o. Mas, a partir de janeiro de 2020, a cada ano a idade m\u00ednima de aposentadoria da mulher ser\u00e1 acrescida de seis meses, at\u00e9 chegar a 62 anos em 2023. Al\u00e9m disso, tamb\u00e9m a partir de janeiro de 2020, a cada ano o tempo de contribui\u00e7\u00e3o para aposentadoria dos homens ser\u00e1 acrescido de seis meses, at\u00e9 chegar a 20 anos em 2029.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"9\" data-block-id=\"27\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\"><strong>Transi\u00e7\u00e3o 5: ped\u00e1gio de 100% (para INSS e servidores)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"70\" data-block-id=\"28\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Para poder se aposentar por idade na transi\u00e7\u00e3o, trabalhadores do setor privado e do setor p\u00fablico precisar\u00e3o se enquadrar na seguinte regra: idade m\u00ednima de 57 anos para mulheres e de 60 anos para homens, al\u00e9m de pagar um &#8220;ped\u00e1gio&#8221; equivalente ao mesmo n\u00famero de anos que faltar\u00e1 para cumprir o tempo m\u00ednimo de contribui\u00e7\u00e3o (30 ou 35 anos) na data em que a PEC entrar em vigor.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"content-ads content-ads--reveal\" data-block-type=\"ads\" data-block-id=\"29\">\n<div class=\"tag-manager-publicidade-container mc-has-reveal mc-has-ad-lazyload\" data-id=\"banner_materia__e56c6ffc-2560-495e-bf6f-b0405207daea\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"39\" data-block-id=\"30\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Por exemplo, um trabalhador que j\u00e1 tiver a idade m\u00ednima mas tiver 32 anos de contribui\u00e7\u00e3o quando a PEC entrar em vigor ter\u00e1 que trabalhar os 3 anos que faltam para completar os 35 anos, mais 3 de ped\u00e1gio.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"4\" data-block-id=\"31\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\"><strong>Transi\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica para servidores<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"37\" data-block-id=\"32\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Para os servidores p\u00fablicos, est\u00e1 prevista tamb\u00e9m uma transi\u00e7\u00e3o por meio de uma pontua\u00e7\u00e3o que soma o tempo de contribui\u00e7\u00e3o mais uma idade m\u00ednima, come\u00e7ando em 86 pontos para as mulheres e 96 pontos para os homens.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"54\" data-block-id=\"33\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">A regra prev\u00ea um aumento de 1 ponto a cada ano, tendo dura\u00e7\u00e3o de 14 anos para as mulheres e de 9 anos para os homens. O per\u00edodo de transi\u00e7\u00e3o termina quando a pontua\u00e7\u00e3o alcan\u00e7ar 100 pontos para as mulheres, em 2033, e a 105 pontos para os homens, em 2028, permanecendo neste patamar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"39\" data-block-id=\"34\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">O tempo m\u00ednimo de contribui\u00e7\u00e3o dos servidores ser\u00e1 de 35 anos para os homens e de 30 anos para as mulheres. A idade m\u00ednima come\u00e7a em 61 anos para os homens. Atualmente, o funcion\u00e1rio p\u00fablico federal paga 11% sobre todo o sal\u00e1rio, caso tenha ingressado antes de 2013.
