font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">Considerando que os esclarecimentos solicitados pelo Inmetro \u00e0 Diretoria de Gest\u00e3o de Pessoas (DGP), acerca de d\u00favidas de interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o relacionadas \u00e0 IN90, ainda n\u00e3o foram prestados; e<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">Considerando os termos da&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">Portaria Presi n\u00ba 317, de 22 de julho de 2021, publicada no Boletim de Servi\u00e7os do dia 22 de julho de 2021<\/span><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">, que altera e complementa a Portaria Inmetro n\u00ba 241, de 6 de julho de 2020,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">informamos:<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\"><b>1.<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\"><b>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\"><b>DA ADO\u00c7\u00c3O DO TRABALHO REMOTO<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">1.1 Poder\u00e3o adotar o sistema de trabalho remoto a partir de 15 de outubro de 2021, mediante autodeclara\u00e7\u00e3o, os&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\"><b>servidores<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">&nbsp;que se enquadrarem nas seguintes situa\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #162937; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">I \u2013 servidores que apresentem as condi\u00e7\u00f5es ou fatores de risco descritos abaixo:<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #162937; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">a) idade igual ou superior a 60 (sessenta) anos;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #162937; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">b) tabagismo;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #162937; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">c) obesidade, assim compreendida quando o IMC for superior a 30,0 (trinta);<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #162937; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">d) miocardiopatias de diferentes etiologias (insufici\u00eancia card\u00edaca, miocardiopatia isqu\u00eamica etc.);<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #162937; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">e) hipertens\u00e3o arterial;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #162937; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">f) doen\u00e7a cerebrovascular;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #162937; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">g) pneumopatias graves ou descompensadas (asma moderada\/grave, DPOC);<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #162937; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">h) imunodepress\u00e3o e imunossupress\u00e3o;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #162937; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">i) doen\u00e7as renais cr\u00f4nicas em est\u00e1gio avan\u00e7ado (graus 3, 4 e 5);<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #162937; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">j) diabetes melito, conforme ju\u00edzo cl\u00ednico;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #162937; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">k) doen\u00e7as cromoss\u00f4micas com estado de fragilidade imunol\u00f3gica;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #162937; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">l) neoplasia maligna (exceto c\u00e2ncer n\u00e3o melan\u00f3tico de pele);<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #162937; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">m) cirrose hep\u00e1tica;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #162937; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">n) doen\u00e7as hematol\u00f3gicas (incluindo anemia falciforme e talassemia); e<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #162937; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">o) gesta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #162937; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">II \u2013 servidores na condi\u00e7\u00e3o de pais, padrastos ou madrastas que possuam filhos (ou respons\u00e1veis que tenham a guarda de menores) em idade escolar ou inferior, nos locais onde ainda estiverem mantidas a suspens\u00e3o<\/span><span style=\"color: #162937; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\"><b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #162937; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">das aulas presenciais ou dos servi\u00e7os de creche, e que necessitem da assist\u00eancia de um dos pais ou guardi\u00e3o, e que n\u00e3o possua c\u00f4njuge, companheiro ou outro familiar adulto na resid\u00eancia apto a prestar assist\u00eancia.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #162937; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #162937; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">1.2 O servidor que se enquadrar nas hip\u00f3teses do inciso I acima e, mesmo assim, se dispuser a permanecer em trabalho presencial, dever\u00e1 apresentar sua autodeclara\u00e7\u00e3o nos termos do Anexo III desta Orienta\u00e7\u00e3o,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">encaminhando-a \u00e0&nbsp; chefia imediata, atrav\u00e9s do e-mail institucional, devendo esta&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\"><b>reencaminhar as autodeclara\u00e7\u00f5es de sua Unidade para o Servi\u00e7o de Seguran\u00e7a e Sa\u00fade Ocupacional (SESAO), no prazo de 72 (setenta e duas) horas, pelo e-mail&nbsp;<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\"><b>sesao@inmetro.gov.br<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #162937; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\"><b>2.<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\"><b>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\"><b>DA AUTODECLARA\u00c7\u00c3O PARA ADO\u00c7\u00c3O DO TRABALHO REMOTO<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #162937; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">A comprova\u00e7\u00e3o do enquadramento em uma das condi\u00e7\u00f5es indicadas no item 1, subitem 1.1, incisos I e II desta Orienta\u00e7\u00e3o, dever\u00e1 ocorrer por meio de&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\"><b>autodeclara\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">, conforme modelos constantes dos Anexos I e II.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">A autodeclara\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 ser encaminhada pelo servidor para a chefia imediata, atrav\u00e9s do e-mail institucional,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\"><b><u>at\u00e9 o dia 22\/10\/2021<\/u><\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">,&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\"><b>devendo esta chefia reencaminhar as autodeclara\u00e7\u00f5es de sua Unidade para o Servi\u00e7o de Seguran\u00e7a e Sa\u00fade Ocupacional (SESAO), no prazo de 72(setenta e duas) horas, pelo e-mail&nbsp;<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\"><b>sesao@inmetro.gov.br<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\"><b><u>As autodeclara\u00e7\u00f5es firmadas anteriormente perdem sua validade<\/u><\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">. font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\"><b>3.<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\"><b>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\"><b>DO REGISTRO DE FREQU\u00caNCIA<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">Dever\u00e1 ter a sua&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\"><b>frequ\u00eancia abonada<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">, com o uso do&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\"><b>c\u00f3digo 00388 \u2013 Afastamento \u2013 COVID-19<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">, o servidor que, em raz\u00e3o da natureza de suas atividades, n\u00e3o puder executar suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es remotamente, cabendo \u00e0 chefia imediata avaliar a incompatibilidade entre a natureza das atividades e o regime de trabalho remoto.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa n\u00ba 90, de 28 de setembro de 2021, do Minist\u00e9rio da Economia, eventuais atestados de afastamento por motivo de sa\u00fade dever\u00e3o ser encaminhados por meio do&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\"><b>aplicativo SouGov.br ou pelo Sigepe \u2013 Servi\u00e7o do Servidor<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">, no prazo m\u00e1ximo de&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\"><b>cinco dias contados da data de in\u00edcio do afastamento<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Trebuchet MS,sans-serif;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: black;
