Agora o Brasil se conecta com as melhores pr\u00e1ticas&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">internacionais&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">nesse \u00e2mbito,&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">abrindo caminho para avan\u00e7os<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">, inclusive na pauta&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">sindical e nas negocia\u00e7\u00f5es coletivas.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s6\">\u200b<span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Em 2020 a<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">&nbsp;CES \u2013 Confedera\u00e7\u00e3o&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Europeia&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">de Sindicatos&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">apontou&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">que a&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">diferen\u00e7a salarial de g\u00eanero&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">n<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">a U<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">ni\u00e3o&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">E<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">uropeia somente seria<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">&nbsp;eliminada<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">, mantendo o ritmo de ent\u00e3o, n<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">o pr\u00f3ximo s\u00e9culo<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Naquele ano o<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">s dados do&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Eurostat<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">&nbsp;\u2013 EU, indicavam que a brecha salarial havia fechado&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">1%&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">em oito&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">anos<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">. Nesse ritmo,&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">as mulheres&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">deveriam esperar mais&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">84 anos para alcan\u00e7ar a igualdade salarial<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">&nbsp;na Uni\u00e3o Europeia.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">A CES demandava que a<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">s inst\u00e2ncias de governan\u00e7a da<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">&nbsp;EU adotasse<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">m<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">&nbsp;uma legisla\u00e7\u00e3o que enfrentasse o problema d<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">esse tipo de<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">&nbsp;desigualdade.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Em meados de&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">2023<\/span><\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">a<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Uni\u00e3o Europeia&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">tamb\u00e9m&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">aprovou a d<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">iretiva de transpar\u00eancia salarial&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">para&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">todos os pa\u00edses d<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">a regi\u00e3o<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s6\">\u200b<span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">H\u00e1 um estudo muito interessante produzido pela <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">organiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Equileap<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">&nbsp;\u2013 Data&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">for&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Equality<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">, \u201c<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Gerder<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Eq<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">uality<\/span><\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Rep<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">o<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">rt<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">&nbsp;&amp; Ranking 2024\u201d<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">, que avalia a desigualdade de g\u00eanero em 4 mil empresas em pa\u00edses desenvolvidos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s6\"><strong>\u200b<span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Para fazer essa pesquisa comparativa&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">o&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Equileap <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"><strong>elaborou<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s6\"><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> o&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u201c<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Equileap<\/span><\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Gender<\/span><\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Equality<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">&nbsp;Scorecard<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u201d<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">, um conjunto de crit\u00e9rios e de indicadores que buscam materializar m\u00e9tricas comparativas e que est\u00e3o baseados nos Princ\u00edpios de Empoderamento das Mulheres das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas. Esses crit\u00e9rios formam um conte\u00fado inspirador para a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">pautas s<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">indica<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">is<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">&nbsp;focada<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">s<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">&nbsp;na igualdade dentre mulheres e homens no mundo do trabalho.
